• I have never driven a go kart – is it safe?

  Ice Karting is an activity that is suitable for beginners as well. The idea is to have fun while drifting through the track and not race against clock.

• How long should I reserve time for this activity?

  Approximately 2 hours including the free bus transport from Levi city center and back.

• How powerful are the race karts?

  10 bhp. Sounds slow? But if it’s fast and fun enough for multiple F1 World Champions, we’re sure you’ll enjoy it too!

• Do you have track times?

  Ice Karting is about conquering the element of ice and trying to drift through the whole track. You’ll forget about track times once you’ve tried it for yourself. Above all, it is crazy fun!

• Do you have the possibility to charge an electric car?

  No, unfortunately we cannot offer service to charge electric cars.

• Do you have a parking area?

  Yes, we offer free parking in the premises.

• If I have my own or a rental car, can I come straight to your area and not use the shuttle transfer?

  Yes, when you make the booking add ’’I don’t need pick-up’’ if you want to arrive by yourself. The shuttle service is included so the price will remain the same.

• Do you have any age limit for the snow tubing activity?

  Yes, children under 2.5 years old cannot participate in the activity. Children between 2,5–5 years old must ride double with an adult. Children 10 years old and younger must have a responsible adult remain next to the slide at all times.

• Do I need to have a driver’s license or previous experience to go ice karting?

  No, you can join without any previous experience or license.

• Do you have two seater karts for kids under 145 cm?

  No, we only have karts for one person and it is not allowed to have more than one person in the kart.

• Do you have an age limit for ice karting?

  No, drivers need to be over 145cm tall to drive though.

• Do I need to book in advance for the ice karting or snow tubing?

  Snow tubing tickets can be bought from our cafeteria. Ice karting always requires a booking made in advance.

• Is there a place for people who don’t want to join the activities?

  Our indoor facilities – the panoramic cafeteria is open for everyone and we offer snow tubing for those who do not want to indulge in ice karting.

• Can I come explore the area and is the shuttle transfer free for everybody without booking in advance?

  Yes, everybody can hop on the bus and is warmly welcome to come visit the Ice Karting Levi area. However, all activities are chargeable.

• My friends/family have booked activities, can I come to only watch them if I don’t want to join the activities?

  Yes, we warmly welcome spectators to join without any additional fee. We have a cafe with a panoramic view of the track so you can enjoy the race.
